Shipping Policy
Every Everman Clothing order leaves tracked, with Australia Post or NZ Post, and delivery costs you nothing. Here is how it works from checkout to your front door.
Where we ship
Australia and New Zealand. Orders to Australian addresses travel with Australia Post; orders to New Zealand addresses travel with NZ Post.
Getting your order out the door
We pack orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. Order before 6:00 PM AEST and it joins that day's queue; anything after that starts on the next business day. During sale periods, allow a day or so extra.
How long it takes
Once the carrier has scanned your parcel, allow 4–8 business days for delivery. Add the packing time and most orders are at your door within 5–10 business days of checkout.
Packing: 1–2 business days
Australia Post / NZ Post transit: 4–8 business days
Checkout to doorstep: 5–10 business days
Daily cut-off: 6:00 PM AEST
These are typical timeframes, not guarantees. Bad weather, carrier strikes and peak-season volumes can push them out.
What delivery costs
Nothing. Every order ships free — no minimum spend, no rural surcharge, no fee added at checkout.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as Australia Post or NZ Post scans your parcel, we email you a tracking link. The first scan can take a few business days to show up, which is normal. You can also check progress at any time on our Track My Order page.
Orders that arrive in more than one parcel
If you have ordered several pieces, they may be packed separately and arrive on different days. There is no extra charge for this.
Addresses we cannot deliver to
Our carriers need a street address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Remote postcodes and rural New Zealand routes can take longer than the windows above.
Late, lost or damaged
No tracking movement for 10 business days, or a parcel that turns up crushed or opened? Email your order number to info@evermanclothing.com or call +61 2 3820 5353 and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If a parcel cannot be found, you get a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Parcels returned to us
If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete or it was not collected from the post office, we will contact you to send it again. If the address you gave us was wrong, you may need to cover the second postage.
Not right when it arrives?
Our Return & Refund Policy covers the 30-day window, who pays return postage and how quickly your refund lands. For anything else, our Contact page reaches us directly.
Duties and taxes
Prices include all tax due in Australia and New Zealand. There is nothing to pay on delivery.
Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever our carriers or timeframes change. Last revised: 15 September 2026. The version live at the time you order is the one that applies.
